Skilled for renal replacement therapy for persons with End stage renal Failure (ESRD), with procedures Like Hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, Plasmapheresis, hemofiltration, CRRT and Hemo perfusion independently. Skilled for safety and infection control in responses to alarm, urgent and emergent changes in patient conditions as well as determining treatment goal and providing the prescribed treatment dose. Trained to identify the effects of renal failure on all body systems and the emotional and social effects of renal failure of the patient and their families and council them. Provides sound knowledge and skill to managing dialysis unit, RO unit, Reuse unit and regular disinfection and maintenance. Skilled to cannulate AV Fistula, femoral catheterization and maintenance of all vascular access.

Age 17 Years and above, 10+2 Passed ( Biology or Math) with minimum 40% of marks.
